We loved the warm initial reception by the staff, especially the porter who took us to our room. The breakfast spread was incredible and we were able to enjoy it outside with a stunning view of the gardens.

The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. it feels very dated and doesn't match the expected level of luxury. Without air conditioning, rooms can get uncomfortably warm on sunny days, especially if you're on the west side. Breakfast options fall a bit short of expectations, and the service can feel a tad lackluster at times, almost like a lost art. The overall decor, while impressive, can be overwhelming and might actually distract from the few unique pieces scattered around.

This place suits me perfectly with its Wi-Fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and attentive staff. On my first stay, they helped me find great spots to visit. I highly recommend the full-board option for delicious meals. I'll definitely be back soon!
